Process: ADDIE and adult learning theories were applied in the design of this training course.  A needs analysis was conducted to determine the company's needs and analyze the gap between current performance and desired outcomes. Created a design document to outline performance gaps, solutions, learning objectives, and goals to reduce insurance payouts by 25%. This project was developed in Storyline 360 and evaluated with Kirkpatrick Level 2.
