I approach instructional design with a flexible, learner-centered mindset, developing strategic learning solutions tailored to specific needs and connected to real-world performance. As a lifelong learner, I strive to understand and empathize with learners' values, challenges, and life experiences.
As a developer, I am detail-focused and intentional in the visual design process to support accessibility, critical thinking, problem-solving, and lasting behavior change. Finding solutions and helping others succeed through a valuable learning experience is the most meaningful part of my work.

I enjoy traveling with family to explore the world through nature and adventurous experiences.

Interactive e-Learning (Storyline & Rise): Engaging modules with branching scenarios, drag-and-drop, real-world interactive activities, knowledge checks, and quizzes.
Job Aids (Canva): Learning designed for quick consumption and retention with step-by-step guides and infographics.
Microlearning (Camtasia & Vyond): Instructional videos and animations that demonstrate software tutorials, animated explainers, storytelling, character-based scenarios, and mobile-friendly courses.
Instructor-Led Training (ILT) & Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT): Training supported with slide decks, facilitator guides, interactive job aids, and breakout room activities.
Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA) is a 9-month program focused on preparing instructional designers to create and deliver impactful e-Learning solutions. Completed 400+ lessons and developed simulated client projects using Storyline 360, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and Instructor-Led Training (ILT). Designed projects by applying ADDIE, adult learning theories, and scenario-based training modules aligned with measurable business goals and enhanced each deliverable through collaboration and feedback. Collaboration focused on designing learning deliverables on solving business problems through performance-driven design.
